Shelia Thompson, Founder of Thompson Search Solutions, LLC dba T Search Solutions has been providing quality focused Professional Search and Placement services since 1996. Upon graduating from The University of Texas in 1992, Shelia began her career as a Job Training Counselor and Career Consultant. She moved into a National Sales Representative role for an Austin Based computer company and won awards for her sales achievements.  In 1996, Shelia joined an international recruiting firm where she focused on permanent placement of professional level Accounting and Finance professionals. As a Sr. Recruiting Manager, she was recognized as a top performer for her region.  In 1997, Shelia co-founded Granger-Thompson Consulting, LLC which became a premier Austin, TX based Professional Search Firm.  Shelia founded Thompson Search Solutions, LLC dba T Search Solutions in 2003, where she takes pride in offering personalized and strategic search services to clients and candidates in various industries.

As Director of Professional Search, Shelia focuses on permanent placement of professional and management positions in various industries.

Outside of T Search Solutions, Shelia enjoys spending time with her 2 children and husband of over 15 years, Phillip. Shelia and Phillip have a 9 year old son that is a baseball and basketball superstar and an active 3 year old daughter that thinks she is the official cheerleader for all her brother’s games.  Shelia enjoys living in the Austin, TX hill country where there are plenty of live music shows, festivals, good food and good people.

Phillip’s 16 years of wireless industry experience, including his leadership positions in corporate sales and operations offers him a unique perspective as a Wireless Search Consultant.  At T Search Solutions Phillip’s blend of integrity, hands-on wireless industry experience, and reputation for building longstanding industry relationships proves invaluable to clients and candidates alike.

Prior to joining his wife Shelia at T Search Solutions, Phillip served as Major Account Manager for Verizon Wireless in Austin, Texas.  While being a key contributor to the success of the Central Texas region, Phillip was recognized with multiple awards for his sales achievements.  Phillip has seen the evolution of the wireless industry first hand. He began his wireless career over 16 years ago with McCaw Cellular, which later became AT&T Wireless, where he held multiple management positions in sales and operations during his 12 year tenure with the organization.  Phillip is a graduate of Murray State University where he received a B.S. in Business Administration.  Phillip’s strong business acumen, extensive network and passion for the dynamic wireless industry makes him an ideal choice for companies and candidates seeking an industry expert to partner with on their search endeavors.

As Director of Wireless Search, Phillip focuses on permanent placement of Engineering and Sales and Marketing Professionals within the wireless technologies and services industry.

A native of Kentucky, Phillip has spent the last 17 years in Austin, Texas where he loves boating on the lakes and catching live music shows whenever possible. What Phillip enjoys most is raising his sports fanatic 9 year old son, and his adorable 3 year old daughter, as well as spending quality time with his wife Shelia.  Much of Phillip’s spare time is spent coaching his son’s basketball and baseball teams but he does manage to squeeze in occasional fishing and hunting trips throughout the year.
